We are so proud to report that in 2024 and 2025, Epsilon Xi was recognized as Accredited with Distinction by Lafayette College in our annual assessment process. This measures Greek organizations' performance in 5 areas: Intellectual Development, Leadership Development, Community Development, Chapter Development, and Personal Development.
In the Fall of 2025, Epsilon Xi was also awarded the Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by Lafayette Fraternity and Sorority Life. This award is given to the chapter that has intentional and meaningful partnership within the FSL, Lafayette, and Easton community, can articulate the impact that their DEI programming has had on their members and community, and has worked to remove barriers that hinder accessibility to all students.
In the Fall of 2025, two members received the Community Builder Award and Emerging Leader Award from Lafayette Fraternity and Sorority Life for their outstanding work in our chapter, Lafayette's campus, and greater Easton community. We are so proud of you!
Epsilon Xi was awarded "Chapter of the Year" by Lafayette Fraternity and Sorority Life in 2024, receiving the highest accreditation score of all chapters on campus.
