Formal recruitment is held during the first week of classes in the fall. Potential New Members (PNMs) are placed in groups and are guided by Recruitment Guides (Rho Gammas) to visit each sorority chapter. Through this mutual selection process both the chapters and the potential new members are able to spend time with each other through structured recruitment rounds, or parties.
To learn more about recruitment visit the Lafayette Greek Life website:
Are you a DG? Collegiate and alumnae members in good standing are encouraged to highlight PNMs who meet the criteria of Article II: friendship, educational and cultural interests, social responsibility, and character. The recommendation form notifies our chapter about PNMs and can be helpful to us during the recruitment process!
